Abstract
- Abstract submission due date (for oral presentation or poster) is on the 28th February 2019.
- One page abstract – a broad summary of the material to be presented & not exceeding 350 words.
- Heading of the title must be in bold, Arial, text size 14 with 1.5 line spacing.
- Author(s) name is bold, Arial, italics, text size 12 with single spacing.
- Body text size is 12, Arial with single line spacing.
Oral presentation
- Softcopy of your oral presentation need to be sent in by 12 noon, 12th April 2019.
- You will be advised of the presentation time assigned for your submission later.
- Currently, a 20 minutes slot for each presentation (15 mins presentation + 5 mins question) is provided.
- Presenters will have available to them facilities for Powerpoint presentations.
Poster
- Abstract submission for poster only is extended to 21st March 2019.
- Softcopy of the poster should be sent to the symposium committee via email (mentioned above) for printing not later than 11.59 pm on 7th April 2019.
- A1 size, portrait or landscape.
- Poster board and velcro will be provided in the morning (8.30 am onwards) of the event day. Posters should be erected before the opening ceremony of the symposium and remain displayed until the end of the event.
- Authors/presenters should be present during the poster session (for judging purpose) and available at intervals in the programme to discuss their poster.
